Return period

You have 30 days from delivery to return the product for a full refund.

Conditions

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in good condition, with all accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Process

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions within 48 business hours.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
